Partner terms

You are an independent contractor of Itera Studio LLC, not an employee. Commission is 30% of each of the first 6 collected monthly payments of a referred customer, or 20% of their first annual payment, excluding VAT, after payment-processing fees. After those windows, no further commission is due.

No commission is due on a 14-day annual trial until the first successful payment. After that payment, a 30-day hold applies. Attribution is 90 days (first-touch cookie). Payouts are processed at the end of each month only if your payable balance is at least $50 USD; otherwise the balance rolls over.

Self-referrals, spam, brand bidding, and fake conversions are forbidden. We may reject or suspend accounts. You must disclose paid links where the law requires it (for example FTC #ad).

Tax forms (W-9 for US persons, W-8BEN otherwise) may be required before we mark a payout paid.

We may change or end the program. SoulSaga user data (including emails) is never shared with partners.
